215 grams of flour
185 grams of brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
125 grams of butter

In a bowl, threw the butter and sugar and Mix well. Add a tablespoon of vanilla extract. We also add milk, beaten egg and mix well. In a different bowl, put flour, ginger and baking powder. Mix everything well.
Add to the mix the flour. In a suitable container roll the dough in the form of cookies. Put in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
